How does this letter-form communicate its location?

Hariju is a Sukiyaki restaurant (Japanese meat dish) that opened in 1919 and moved to Namba in 1948 (Hariju, 2022). This signpost shows how Namba has flourished as an entertainment and food city. It is written in Hiragana and Kanji with calligraphy font vertically traditional Japanese writing with brushes. In addition, it uses Noren (traditional Japanese fabrics), so I think this is a typical Japanese food restaurant example. Namba is famous for' Shochikuza' theatre, where classical Kabuki drama has been played since 1923, and Hariju is next to Shochikuza. Therefore, Namba has been famous for delicious food restaurants where visitors, actors and actresses come.
