How does this letter-form communicate its location?

The tall metallic sign, a seemingly relevant choice for an industrial park requiring a durable and mostly weather resistant structure to remain in position for years to come.  Negative space around the lettering is cut-out, allowing the sky to provide a back-lit surround for each letterform within its rainbow configuration, as most people will view it from ground / lower vehicle level, it creates an optimistic or perhaps enterprising style welcoming of a new age of business to the rural area.  The serif block version of type used is suggestive of something modern or contemporary, suitably signifying formal, professional premises.
