How does this letter-form communicate its location?
Finally, I think this sort of gives me a sense of place of Hong Kong, the plethora of type, the language and the placement of every piece of information. Street signs, shop signs, taxis, menus and advertising galore. Standardised san serif for street signs and roads creates for a more stable environment as your eyes scan everything. This photo doesn’t give the visual justice, there are typefaces and people everywhere. I am part of the movement and I read everything there is to read and look at. It becomes a blur but that is who we are.
