How does this letter-form communicate its location?

This sign is located in one of the shadiest parts of my locality. There are a couple of abandoned building which was once a complex habitet by the British and then renovated as a hotel. Nowadays the are is frequented by substance users and people who smoke weed. The graffiti in this photo reads “smoke weed Rastamen”. I considered it to be a sign as it was drawn right at the entrance of the complex and it quickly gives you an indication of who might be the people who frequent the area. This sign has been hand-written/sprayed on concrete barricades and therefore the font being used must be part of the Script Typeface, particularly to the handwriting script. Ahuja R. (2019) explains that a carefree personality is amongst the personalities carried out by such a typeface. Script typeface has various moods and characteristics attached to it and is further categorised into Formal and Casual Script. I would say that this sign is closer to Casual Script as it is casually written.
