How does this letter-form communicate its location?

This is the site of what used to be Choccywoccydoodah's flagship store. The bakery had it's own TV show and was famous around the UK, it suddenly closed in 2019. The store was quintessentially Brighton kookiness and unfortunately the sight of the boarded up store is representative of rental prices in Brighton rising suddenly resulting in independent businesses struggling. What I particularly like about this image is the layers of different type, from the hand written original signage in a luxurious gold, to the scribbled graffiti and the 'to let' sign in a professional font. It describes three voices that all have a place in Brighton
