How does this letter-form communicate its location?
Now a residential property, the signs in front of it reveal the history of the building - once the home of the first state school opened in the area following the education act of 1870. The sign features a textured and distinctive serif typeface, unlike most of the other typefaces and signs in the area. Being one of the more expensive properties in the area, it is clear it takes pride in its history and association with the old school.
