How does this letter-form communicate its location?

This a typeface from a local business it catches my eye with the handwriting typeface and 3D effect. It standout and is bold just like my own style I took the picture when going to work as the building on the route to where I work. The location of the building with the typeface is in an industry area Called Archer deal. The red colour used to give the 3D effect also help to draw the eye from a distance. I like using hand drawing methods so this is also why I like the style of the typeface.
