How does this letter-form communicate its location?

One of the towers of the central government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The clock is at the very top of the tower, thus I had to zoom the camera in a lot so it didn't come out very clearly. I was attracted by the old style of numbers, which was common in the Middle Ages. This beautiful clock also reminded me of fairy tales. Would you like to have a similar one at home?
