How does this letter-form communicate its location?

Another observation of an equally historical representation and contextual habitation along with the strong drop shadow element was in the window of the Wrekin Whiskies shop at the top of the Wyle Cop. The gold and beige colouring with the almost Victorianesque style type, makes a key feature upon the window display within the shop. Going back to Blackwell's script, typography was the 'original 24/7 communication' and his particular comment on shop signs and special offers, 'You see, they're everywhere, it's a very American kind of clutter,' suggests that there s more research to be done upon the transition of this 'American disillusion' and it's transfer to the UK.
