How does this letter-form communicate its location?

This final image is from an off-licence also near where I live, I chose this because of how chaotic it was. It had multiple different signs on it, some directly on the glass, some hand-written on paper and others printed and stuck down. It’s very much a strange mix of typography, that gives you a range of information, from knowing that they sell fresh fruit to heated tobacco. I think this image is probably the best way that I could probably describe London overall; it’s an eclectic mix of people bringing diversity into one city.
