How does this letter-form communicate its location?

This image shows how the expressive hand-drawn style has filtered into shop fronts in the city centre. The black and yellow colours are bold, evoking feelings of unity specific to Mancunians, with the association of the Manchester Worker's Bee. The different hand-drawn styles, in particular the rope one, add an element of playfulness and fun to the shop front and it's surroundings. The thinner, hand drawn letters at the bottom add a personal feeling of sincerity which is helpful for the intended message. However it is too subtle against the colourful, bold imagery behind it and could potentially be missed.
